Blind Luck - Winner of six graded stakes including the Kentucky Oaks, Blind Luck has never run a bad race in 12 lifetime starts. Always closing fast, Blind Luck has never finished off the board and has become known for her cardiac testing finishes. The daughter of Pollard's Vision began her career in maiden claiming, but she has since proven to be all class, heading into her sternest test of her career at the Spa. Devil May Care - A winner of three grade 1 stakes and a grade 2 in only eight lifetime starts, Devil May Care's only blemish of late was when she tired against the boys in the Kentucky Derby. Her recent impressive win in the CCA Oaks may have been her best performance to date. She won the Grade 1 Frizette in only her second career start, and trainer Todd Pletcher now has her ready for her best in Saturday's Alabama showdown with Blind Luck. |

What, no "Biofuel" option on this one? I feel lost when she isn't an option! Hmmm...I think the majority will go for DMC so I choose BL. I know. Horrible logic. But both are great.
Blind Luck.
She is more consistent, has raced more times, has more stakes wins, is undefeated on dirt, has higher speed figures and has never finished out of the money.

She is more consistent, has raced more times, has more stakes wins, is undefeated on dirt, bested Devil May Care last year in the only race they competed against each other, has higher speed figures (tied for 9th place both genders this year thus far), and has never finished out of the money.
I love both too, but will all the shipping catch up with Blind Luck one of these days?

She has been a complete and total monster. She is not insanely quick, so she won't burn herself out in a speed duel. She has enough tactical speed to put her in a good position early, then a good enough kick to distance herself from the field in the homestretch. She is not going to be easy for BL to run down.
Brian, I can't read this post! It's in two columns and the lines are askew. I can't figure it out. :-(
That said, I'm going with my girl, Blind Luck.
MH, Thanks for the heads-up. Apparently it was formatted correctly for some, (it looked perfect on mine) but not for everyone. I changed the format ... better now?
Been for Blind Luck all year but prob no money to be made Might tr a box with Havre de Grace just cause I'm from Md and liked her once before and she didn't disappoint Crazy but aren't we all
Neither!!!! Go Acting Happy!! Steals it like the Black-eyed Susan!!
Better now. Thanks, Brian.
Devil May Care!! I've been lucky enough to have the opportunity to watch her workout in person and after that there is NO question!! She's a beast! Blind Luck is a very good filly, and may have bested DMC LAST year, but it's a new year, and this year, she can't hang with DMC!!!
Blind Luck! She's like a tiny version of Zenyatta on the dirt.
In the beginning of the year these were my two favorite 3-year-old fillies, I never imagined they would excel to the point where they alone would settle the decision for the championship title.
This race is shaping up to be a match-up much like Music Note and Proud Spell's Alabama in 2008.
Blind Luck
I love this horse, but DMC will be tuff.
